Now What?

Have you ever had one of those days when its just one darned thing after another?  When you feel like your bandwidth has been maxed out?  It's in those moments that we should try to take a step back and pray, to ask God for strength, support, clarity.  It may not be easy, but it can be calming and empowering.  True, prayer won't make all of one's problems go away, but it can make a tremendous different in equipping us to deal with whatever is going on.

So, if the question is "Now what?" remember that an important part of the answer is, "prayer!"
